Engineering Manager, System Software - GeForce Now

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Systems Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building cloud services supporting GeForce Now.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of management experience with prior hands-on experience as an individual contributor
• Experience with DevOps and/or SRE practices

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of senior developers
• Work closely with other teams to define and implement new APIs
• Recruit and retain talent managing career development for the organization
• Grow future engineering leaders and mentor junior engineers
• Be accountable for cross team and cross company communications
• Foster a collaborative environment
