Job Description

Rivian is seeking a Sr Software Engineer, Data Applications to join the Autonomy org team and collaborate on developing large-scale applications using cloud services technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s in computer science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent in related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript, Web Frameworks (preferably React)
• Experience with CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and Design System
• Experience with AWS Cloud is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Partner with architects, product management, and engineers on requirements, architecture, and design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build user-friendly, immersive, reactive applications
• Drive new UX/UI ideas and communicate them
• Take the scale and performance of applications to the next level using various tools and technologies
• Ensure high product quality by creating automated tests for the developed code
• Build web applications and user interfaces with various technologies
• Deploy web applications using CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Kubernetes, and AWS Technologies
