System Software Engineer - DFX Software

Job Description

The Systems Software Engineer will work on developing automation software for efficient test pattern generation, application on Silicon, failure analysis, and yield learning, with a focus on enabling AI applications in the field of Silicon device testing.

Requirements

• MS or higher degree in EE or CS
• 3+ years of strong experience in C++ Software development related to Silicon testing and ATE
• 2+ years working with AI code generation and deep learning
• Strong python and scripting skills
• Good familiarity with gitlab and software development workflows

Responsibilities

• Work with design team to understand Hardware specification for Software development
• Develop automation Software for test pattern generation, failure analysis, and yield learning
• Enable AI applications to optimize software and workflows
• Integrate advanced tools for CI/CD, code quality, and automated testing
• Solve software engineering challenges and optimize developer workflows
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to tackle complex problems
