Senior Compiler Engineer – Technical Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Compiler Engineer with technical leadership experience to work on accelerating general-purpose computation on NVIDIA GPUs.

Requirements

• M.S or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 12+ years experience in Compiler Optimizations
• 3+ years technical leadership experience
• Excellent hands-on C++ programming skills
• Experience writing significant analysis or transformation passes in LLVM framework
• Understanding of Processor ISA
• Strong background in software engineering principles
• Good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a team working on compiler middle-end optimizations
• Analyze performance of application code running on NVIDIA GPUs
• Design and develop new compiler passes and optimizations
• Add support for architectural features in LLVM and MLIR
• Interact with Open-source LLVM community
• Work with geographically distributed teams to oversee improvements
• Contribute to deep-learning compiler technology
