GPU PCIe and Boot Architect - New College Grad 2025

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a GPU PCIe and Boot architect to design the architecture and infrastructure for boot, PCIe/CXL enumeration, and capability discovery.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a BS or MS in compute architecture, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or related degree) or equivalent experience
• Experience in crafting code in C or C++
• Coursework or similar experience in ASIC design and Computer architecture
• Good debugging and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Understand and optimize how GPU sub-system modules interoperate
• Architect and plan features and infrastructure components in collaboration with software, hardware, and verification teams
• Build functional and performance models, along with test plans, to validate designs
• Support post-silicon validation activities as needed
• Work with architects, software engineers, designers, and verification engineers worldwide to successfully implement tasks
