CPU Verification Engineer

Job Description

NVIDIA is seeking a CPU Verification Engineer to work in their CPU team, impacting product lines in various cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 2+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and scripting in Perl/Python/shell
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for debugging
• Background in computer architecture and memory models
• Experience with design and verification tools (VCS, emulation, FPGA, debug tools)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities

• Verify the ASIC design, architecture, and micro-architecture of NVIDIA CPUs and SoCs using advanced verification methodologies
• Define verification scope, develop testplans, and coordinate tasks within CPU and GPU verification teams
• Design and develop test generators to verify CPU and GPU interactions, memory coherency, and consistency
• Develop verification infrastructure using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and verification teams
