Job Description

The EC2 Instance Quality team at AWS is responsible for monitoring the health and availability of all EC2 instances globally at a massive scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Architect distributed systems that scale-up with the growth of AWS
• Develop software to provide visibility into server health
• Collaborate with other teams at AWS to integrate instance health data into other products
• Participate in an on-call rotation for incident response
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates
