Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented Engineer to design, develop, test, and lead the development of software for robotic fulfillment centers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Strong background or familiarity with algorithms for highly-scalable systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement robotic applications and infrastructure
• Influence the team's strategy and contribute to long-term vision
• Work with stakeholders to iterate on design and implementation
• Maintain high standards by participating in reviews and creating mechanisms for continuous improvement
• Prototype and test concepts or features through simulation and emulators
• Mentor other engineer team members
