Senior Business Intelligence Engineer III, AWS Sustainability Technology

Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for talented individuals to help design, plan, deliver, and operate all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continual access to innovation for customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of SQL experience
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

Responsibilities

• Developing large scale reporting tools, analytics, and supporting analytic/reporting data infrastructure for stakeholders in energy, renewable resources, sustainability, and water sectors
• Building high visibility tools used by project managers, data/sustainability scientists, analysts, and the AWS leadership team to make data-driven business decisions that directly impact AWS’s net-zero carbon and 100% renewable goals
