Senior PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer, Project Kuiper

Job Description

Amazon's Project Kuiper is looking for a Sr. PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer to be part of a team building industry-changing technology by launching Low Earth Orbit satellites for global broadband network connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience deploying and training on complex test systems
• Experience integrating software and hardware systems
• Experience in PCB testing and failure analysis
• Ability to write detailed test procedures and plans
• Experience with Linux/scripting

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies and optimize processes at Contract Manufacturing sites
• Collaborate with R&D and Test Development teams for continuous improvement
• Analyze data to identify failure trends and recommend improvements
• Train operators on test processes and support certification programs
• Perform PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis
• Provide feedback on test coverage and DFT recommendations
• Lead small teams to achieve short-term objectives and strategic initiatives
