Job Description

Join an ambitious program within Amazon's Project Kuiper initiative to launch Low Earth Orbit satellites providing broadband connectivity to underserved communities around the world.

Requirements

• BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years in hardware development and/or hardware testing
• Experience in specification and development of electrical systems support hardware
• Proficiency designing and interpreting electrical schematics
• Experience in electrical power delivery and supporting harnessing
• Experience with network communication protocols

Responsibilities

• Developing/specifying launch vehicle integration solutions
• Designing electrical ground support equipment for Kuiper satellites
• Developing qualification plans for validation
• Supporting travel to launch sites and vendors
• Coordinating with internal customers for production and launch campaigns
• Leading and participating in system design and qualification reviews
• Providing inputs and/or reviews for integration and test procedures
• Being a technical role model across the full development lifecycle
