Job Description

AWS Utility Computing provides product innovations from foundational services to new product innovations, supporting the development and management of various services in AWS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deploy highly scalable distributed systems and services
• Decompose complex problems into simple solutions
• Share knowledge of performance, scalability, architecture, and engineering patterns
• Create clear, maintainable, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, build processes, release management, and operations
• Work closely across teams and disciplines
