Sr. Product Quality Engineer, Amazon Robotics

Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated engineer to join the Product Quality Engineering team. The role involves implementing Quality Engineering principles in NPI and sustaining products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer science or related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in applying Quality Engineering principles like APQP, PPAP, DFX and FMEA in new product introduction
• Strong process improvement mindset for Agile environments
• Excellent business communication skills
• Able to operate in a highly ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Actively foster a culture of inclusion
• Engage with internal and external business partners to deliver key artifacts
• Define NPI quality deliverables and collaborate with stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis, trending, and monitoring of KPIs
• Facilitate action plans to drive improvements across the product lifecycle
