Job Description

Amazon is looking for self-motivated IT Support Engineer I to provide technical solutions and support for computer hardware and software across multiple sites globally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of networking experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting
• Data cabling and systems administration
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
• Manage local technical projects
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers
• Travel within your local or regional area to support customers
