Software Engineer - Creator

Job Description

Twitch is seeking a Software Developer to work on high-quality products and creator experiences within the Creator Growth team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of professional software development or equivalent internship or co-op experience
• Proficiency in Go, Java, C#, Kotlin, C++, Scala, Javascript, or Typescript
• Strong foundation of data structures and algorithms
• Ability to take feedback well and collaborate with teammates

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to build high-quality Twitch products and creator experiences
• Contribute to architectural, design, and process discussions
• Implement features primarily in backend tech and at times in frontend or mobile tech stacks
• Identify and uphold engineering best practices
• Create working designs on-time based on customer needs
