Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers and ensuring continuous customer access to innovation.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor and record information from equipment
• Assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Performing rack installs and decommissioning
• Performing PM, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Technical writing to support change management program
• Monitoring work requests, managing to resolution, and executing projects
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
