Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers and ensuring continual access to innovation for customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• Technical training or experience in mission-critical infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Assisting in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events
• Performing rack installs and decommissioning
• Performing PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of equipment
• Supporting change management program with technical writing
• Monitoring work requests, managing resolution, and executing projects
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Adhering to physical requirements for the role
