Job Description

Join the AWS Hardware Engineering team to design, deliver, and operate AWS cloud offerings for high performance and scalability in AI/ML and HPC workloads.

Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting of new and existing systems experience
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering experience
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby

Responsibilities

• Solving complex architectural problems and owning the team's systems
• Identifying deficiencies, writing tactical code, and working proactively to scale solutions
• Decomposing server system problems into deliverable tasks and features
• Collaborating with various job roles and groups throughout the server lifecycle
• Driving high quality and reliability into future/new designs for AWS Accelerated server solutions for AWS Cloud
