Job Description

Join the AWS Hardware Engineering team to design, deliver, and operate AWS cloud offerings that enable high performance and scalability in AI/ML and HPC workloads.

Requirements

• Knowledge of full technical stack from baremetal server hardware to software in userland
• Experience in systems and software debugging
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
• 7+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers across the company to deliver next-generation AWS platforms
• Have a direct impact on the bottom line and deliver improvements for AWS
• Own the implementation of your work and see direct product improvements based on results
• Solve complex architectural problems and lead the team in developing solutions
• Drive high quality and reliability into future/new designs for AWS Accelerated server solutions
