Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking Data Center Technicians to support customers in multiple locations by ensuring overall availability and reliability of data center operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations
• Troubleshooting network issues
• Responding to operational incidents
• Serving as a primary contact point for stakeholders
• Participating in maintenance activities
• Contributing to documentation and process improvement
• Training and onboarding new team members
