Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking Data Center Technicians to support customers in multiple locations. The role involves ensuring overall availability and reliability of data center operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in data center operations, IT support, or a similar technical field
• 1+ years of troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve undefined technical problems
• Willingness to participate in a primary responder rotation and support 24/7 data center operations

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix, troubleshooting network issues, and responding to operational incidents
• Serving as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in scheduled maintenance and change management activities
• Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives
• Training and onboarding new team members
