Requirements

• Technical (Military/Trade School) training or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience in a mission-critical infrastructure or equivalent experience in a relevant industry
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment for 24/7 reliability and availability
• Assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Performing rack installs and decommissioning within internal SLA
• Technical writing to support change management program
• Monitoring daily work requests, managing to resolution, and executing projects from conception to completion
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors in compliance with established practices, procedures & local legislation
• Working in shifts up to 12 hours, with possible on-call rotations, supporting more than one location/site
