Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Data Center Technicians to support customers in multiple locations, ensuring overall availability and reliability of data center operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Working to meet SLA's against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow
• Being first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues
• Performing server hardware repairs, network, and OS related repairs
• Adhering to security and safety best practices in the data center
• Identifying and creating documentation for global use
• Participating in team meetings for metric analysis and goals achievement
• Performing server upgrades, scheduled works, and interacting with vendors
• Contributing to the development of team members
