Job Description

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Technical training or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Technical writing to support change management program
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Work schedule changes depending on site needs, including shifts up to 12 hours and on-call rotations
• Support more than one location/site
