Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment.

Requirements

• Technical (Military/Trade School) training or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, HVAC, fire system experience
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office products
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor and record information from equipment for 24/7 reliability
• Assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Performing rack installs and decommissioning within SLA
• Performing PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of equipment
• Monitoring work requests and managing projects from conception to completion
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Working in shifts of up to 12 hours with on-call rotations
• Supporting more than one location/site
