Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 reliability and availability for customers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 1+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Performing rack installs, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Technical writing to support change management program
• Monitoring daily work requests and managing to resolution
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
