Night Shift Engineering Operations Technician

Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is looking for talented individuals to join their diverse team of experts in maintaining and operating critical infrastructure systems for AWS global infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office products
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
• Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning within internal SLA
• Technical writing to support change management program
• On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors
• Work schedule changes depending on specific site needs
