Job Description

Join a dynamic team at Amazon Web Services as an Engineering Operations Technician (EOT) to maintain and operate critical infrastructure systems in some of the world's most sophisticated data centers.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Performing daily building rounds to monitor and record information from equipment
• Assisting in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
• Performing rack installs, decommissioning, PM, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Monitoring work requests, managing resolution, and executing projects
• Providing on-site support of contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors
• Adhering to physical requirements for the role
