Job Description

Regional Portfolio Manager responsible for managing quality assurance and control processes during the engineering design phase to ensure regulatory compliance and support Data Center projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
• 3+ years' experience in project engineering or design/construction industry
• Experience with managing documents in Autodesk BIM360, Bluebeam, Salesforce, Procore

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents for multiple projects
• Coordinate quality review of technical documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support completion of engineering quality assurance and control reviews
• Track and manage project documentation through various design phases
• Prepare reports on project progress and KPIs
• Lead process improvement and redesign efforts
• Manage a portfolio of capacity delivery projects in the assigned region
• Support Regional Engineering Managers in tracking key data centers' life-cycle deliverables
• Attend stakeholder meetings, take minutes, and communicate updates
