Job Description

Amazon Last Mile Delivery Tech (LMDT) is seeking a Sr. Principal Engineer to lead the transformation towards automated, intelligent delivery stations using innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of professional software development experience
• 8+ years of programming experience with modern languages like Java, C++
• Experience in architecture and design of new and current systems

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for UTR Tech organization
• Define and execute automation roadmap integrating MHE automation and IoT approaches
• Design and implement modular automation solutions
• Drive technical decisions across multiple VP organizations
• Architect scalable solutions combining hardware and software
• Establish technical standards for integrating advanced automation technologies
• Mentor senior and Principal engineers
• Partner with cross-functional teams for successful deployment of automation solutions
