ART19 is seeking a senior software development engineer to help shape the future of podcast technology by tackling complex technical challenges at massive scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and RubyGems
• Experience building and scaling RESTful APIs, and familiarity with JSON:API specification
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale podcast hosting and advertising systems
• Drive technical innovation through emerging technologies like AI and machine learning
• Mentor and develop other engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Influence product roadmap and resource allocation
