Job Description

The Sr. Ops Engineer Deployment & Ramp role in the Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience organization at Amazon involves overseeing multiple products, programs, and projects related to deploying Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Strong technical background in automated material handling equipment
  • Experience managing project portfolios and budgets
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CAD software
  • Experience in robotics, automation, distribution, or manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans and technical solutions
  • Influencing deployment and machine performance strategy
  • Tactical planning for installation of complex projects
  • Owning program/product strategy and continuous improvement goals
  • Communicating program execution and performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
