Job Description

Join the Hardware Engineering Services team at AWS to design and develop a new segment of accelerated servers for AI model training and inference in the cloud.

Requirements

• 4+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with prototyping and implementation
• Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools
• Experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment at volume

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design, development, and root cause of a new segment of accelerated servers
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and business goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to bring servers to the data center
• Oversee the fleet of servers developed, monitoring quality and meeting customer requirements
