Job Description

Join a specialized group of service teams at AWS to implement innovative cloud computing solutions for U.S. Government agencies.

Requirements

• Certified Network Defender or Network+ or Security+ certification
• 1+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows or Networking)
• Strong debugging and systems analysis skills
• Experience with at least one scripting language
• Current active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor systems health and status
• Assist with provisioning devices and data ingestion
• Troubleshoot device, network, and configuration issues
• Identify and communicate engineering and operations recommendations
• Write after action reports and provide on-call support when necessary
