Job Description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Data Center Technicians to support customers in multiple locations. The role involves maintaining the availability and reliability of data center operations, including responding to incidents and performing hardware installations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix, troubleshooting network issues
• Serving as a primary contact point for stakeholders
• Participating in on-call duties, maintenance, and change management activities
• Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives
• Training and onboarding new team members
