Requirements

• 5+ years of leading design or architecture experience
• 2+ years of developing compiler features and optimizations
• Proficiency in C++, C, Python
• Master or PhD degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with resource management, scheduling, code generation, and compute graph optimization
• Experience optimizing Tensorflow, PyTorch, or JAX deep learning models
• Experience with multiple toolchains and Instruction Set Architectures

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and scaling of a compiler for ML workloads
• Architecting and implementing business-critical features
• Publishing cutting-edge research
• Collaborating with AWS ML services teams
• Involvement in pre-silicon design and bringing new products/features to market
