Job Description

The Amazon Dedicated Cloud team is hiring a cleared Cloud Engineer to join their team to implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 1+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
• Experience working with scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR relevant work experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI or above

Responsibilities

• Supporting AWS Storage and Data services engineering and operations
• Region and feature builds
• Managing and monitoring systems health and status
• Troubleshooting interface, network, and/or configuration related issues
• Identifying, documenting, and communicating engineering and operations recommendations
• Providing on-call support when necessary
