Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative within Amazon that aims to revolutionize global connectivity through the development of a state-of-the-art Low Earth Orbit (LEO) interconnected satellite communication constellation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science
• 8+ years of software development, software test, or related industry experience
• Experience with embedded software or FPGA verification
• Experience with testing satellite communications payloads or space vehicles
• Security Clearance: US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance of TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Provide Software Integration and Test leadership for satellite and ground terminals software
• Specify and develop integration and test plans for payloads and sub-systems
• Create test algorithms, scripts, and automation for test systems
• Analyze test data and provide feedback for product performance improvements
• Architect, design, and validate test software for support equipment
• Prepare reports documenting test results and communicate issues effectively
