Job Description

The Facility Operations Center (FOC) is looking for an individual with proven skills to help support the data center's physical infrastructure, ensuring optimal customer experience through consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 1+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph

Responsibilities

• Properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
• Perform change management tasks; create and issue tickets
• Follow verbal and written directions
• Support onsite operations teams to ensure overall availability and reliability
