Kuiper Productivity Engineering (KPE) is seeking a motivated and autonomous builder to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world.

Requirements

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Kuiper's SAP Infrastructure
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their unique use cases
• Implement and improve observability measures across the team's infrastructure
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for all managed systems
• Apply DevOps best practices to improve system reliability, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot complex issues across various platforms and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure improvements with business needs
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in system administration and DevOps
• Document processes, configurations, and system architectures
• Mentor junior team members in system administration and DevOps practices
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability and support
