Job Description

The PubTech Support Engineering team at Amazon is seeking a Support Engineer to play a crucial role in solving publisher-impacting issues and enhancing the quality of the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development or technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern program languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
• Experience dealing effectively with publishers during problem resolution
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve systemic publisher impacting advertising issues
• Provide visibility into problem themes and drive accountability for enhancing publisher experience
• Interface with engineering and product teams to determine root cause
• Develop SOPs and automated tools to improve quality and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement troubleshooting best practices
• Mentor and provide guidance to peer support engineers
