Job Description

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continual access to innovation for customers. The team collaborates across AWS to maintain safety, security, and scalability while providing cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of IT experience
• 1+ year experience in data center or critical work environment
• Experience with ticketing systems, project tracking software, and troubleshooting network & routing connectivity issues
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors and in multi-stakeholder projects/programs
• Ability to move and lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Scaling support for multiple data center locations and assisting with capacity management
• Collaborating with internal customers and external vendors to facilitate project execution
• Supporting large scale enterprise class datacenters to enhance network stability and supportability
• Participating in the development and enhancement of operational procedures
• Innovating on behalf of AWS and contributing to the team's success
