Job Description

The Manufacturing Test Development Engineer will be responsible for implementing test strategies and solutions for new products in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

BS in EE, ME, Robotics or equivalent
10+ years related work experience
Knowledge of test equipment and fixture design
Experience in test strategy development for industrial automation solutions
Strong software tools experience
Cross-functional support
Experience with outsource manufacturing partners

Responsibilities

Lead development of electrical test strategy and equipment
Specify Design for Test requirements
Document test procedures and specifications
Lead deployment of testing solutions
Work with suppliers and field deployment sites
Propose design changes for product improvement
Evaluate and approve product ECOs
Support a culture of inclusion
Up to 30% travel required
