Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with search technologies like OpenSearch
• Experience using Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Machine Learning to analyze text at scale

Responsibilities

• Ingesting and processing global news media, broadcast, podcast, and social media in real-time
• Designing Generative AI solutions for communications professionals
• Creating robust search and monitoring mechanisms to track brand mentions and industry trends
• Building intuitive reporting tools for actionable intelligence
• Building an intuitive User Experience (UX) for internal customers
