The Senior Operations Engineer Deployment & Ramp role at Amazon's Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience organization involves overseeing multiple products, programs, and projects related to deploying Mechatronics Sustainable Packaging solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of project plans and technical solutions
• Influence decisions on deployment and machine performance execution strategy to senior level leadership
• Own tactical planning on the installation of complex cross-functional projects
• Own the strategy of program/product for annual planning of resources and budget
• Own communication of program execution and performance across internal cross-functional business teams
