Job Description

Senior Media Specialist Enterprise Account Engineers (M-EAE) role at AWS Global Services working with AWS Elemental media products and services to deploy enterprise video workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience using the public cloud as a developer, architect, systems engineer, or technical implementer
• 3+ years’ experience in systems engineering or technical operations support, with some customer-facing responsibilities
• 3+ years’ experience (and demonstrated credibility) working in a technical role within a software engineering-focused business
• 3+ years of experience in video compression, packaging, and delivery mechanisms such as HLS, DASH, CMAF, RTMP, UDP, and file-based workflows

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for high-value media workflows for key enterprise accounts
• Participate in on-boarding and off-boarding requirements of assigned key customers
• Define detailed customer project requirements and scope feature tickets with AWS Solutions Architects
• Collaborate with Product Managers to advocate for solutions that drive long-term operational success
• Ensure delivery of product features to meet customer technical requirements
• Work closely with product and workflow testing teams to verify technical integration of products into customer workflows
• Facilitate customer-specific training to ensure high customer support experience
