Job Description

Amazon is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their growing team in Amazon Devices, working on new business ideas and improving delivery of new device features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and extend high performance, test-driven code
• Architect and develop scalable and cost-effective solutions
• Participate in prioritization, estimation, and sprint planning
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software
