Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Hardware Reliability Engineer to work on the Kuiper Customer Terminal project, which aims to provide broadband connectivity to un-served and under-served communities around the world.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with hardware reliability testing for MIL-STD
• Experience in data analytics, statistical analysis
• Strong understanding of MIL-STD reliability requirement and reliability failure analysis techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop new reliability specifications for Kuiper Customer Terminal products
• Identify and validate product risks via Design for Reliability mechanisms
• Perform reliability prediction of failure mechanisms and risk assessment
• Engage with cross-disciplinary staff and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition
