Job Description

The AWS Infrastructure Services team is looking for talented individuals to support the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring continual access to innovation for customers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical, or 1+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
• Perform change management tasks; create and issue tickets
• Follow verbal and written directions
• Have an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure and proficient computer and communication skills
• Required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules to support a 24X7 environment
