Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to advance Generative AI capabilities for all Amazon businesses and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and C++

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance inference capabilities
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to influence overall strategy
• Drive system architecture, spearhead best practices, and mentor junior engineers
• Read papers, consult with scientists, design new algorithms, and implement production-grade solutions
